GANTRY LINE

This fully automated gravity line is composed of three robots working on it, a dosing furnace and six benches. 2 robots working underneath have a ceramic pouring ladler as a gripper to pour the broth in the benches. When the moulding cycle is finished the robot that works on the top, extracts the part ant puts it in the output station. Then there is cooling tunnel and deburring cell that also are included under our supply. All the elements of this installation have been designed , manufactured and installed by ourselves.
